TRAIL blazers is an eight day residential program designed specifically for established leaders. It is for leaders who have been engaged in a range of roles for a significant period of time and have worked in complex contexts.

The program has long-reaching practical effects. Here is an unsolicited testimonial from 2010 participant John Harrison:
"My personal challenge during the course was to grow membership. And we did the reverse goals task. Well the two pieces of paper [from the Masterminding session] are still on my office wall and I think I have created a monster! Thanks guys. Membership has grown from 130 in July 09 to about 330 as of today... you should be careful of what you ask for (ha ha)." - John Harrison, Executive Officer, Professional Fishermen's Association
