For the last few years the Foundation has provided a number of customised leadership progams for various industry sectors including:

Wine Industry Future Leaders Program

The programs were developed in response to an industry/sector's specific need, with a focus on leadership development in the context of the industry's current climate and challenges.

The programs may be delivered in one residential block, or in a series of modules over a 6-12 month period, depending on the stakeholders' needs and desired outcomes.

I would recommend the wine industry future leaders program to any passionate member of the industry. The program provides participants with a challenging mix of industry orientation (recognition of issues facing our industry), leadership, presentation and negotiation skill development and the opportunity for a high level of personal development.
