Catherine runs her own business as a consultant to the feedlotting industry in Indonesia and the Philippines. She works in the areas of nutrition and ration formulation, general feedlot management, breeding and animal handling. Catherine is also starting work in the Fitzroy Valley with Aboriginal communities. She holds a Bac. of Rural Sc. at UNE where she won a scholarship to Washington State University, majoring in Animal Nutrition and Production.
