Paul is the senior Fisheries officer at Bendigo with the DPI, VIC. He formally held this position at of the Colac where he was also the Cetre Leader of the Workcentre, a role that required the provision of leadership and co-ordination to three government departments co-located in the Colac State Public Offices. Paul was also an executive officer in the Toast Masters Club of Colac. He holds an Assoc.Dip of Applied Science (Resource Mgt). and a Master of Environmental Management from the University of New England.
