Ellena coordinates the Baby FAST (Families and Schools Together) program. Baby FAST is a research based group intervention model for young and vulnerable parents with children 0-3 years of age. FAST works to strengthen the relationship between parent and child and improve family functioning. It aims to empower, educate and support parents in helping their children to succeed at home, at school and in their communities. The role includes research into the needs of young vulnerable Indigenous parents in the Katherine region. This opening moves Elle in the direction of her vision to inspire love and hope in the world.
