Justin is a chartered accountant who began his career at KPMG working in the areas of audit and management consulting. He is now involved in the management of his family’s three meat-processing facilities in Victoria, with responsibility for product development, strategic planning, human resources and training, and financial and project management. He is a member of the Australian Meat Processor Corporation’s Technical Committee and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree.
