Lindsay is the Senior Project Officer – Indigenous Communities within the department. His role is to provide governance support to all Indigenous local government councillors in Western Australia by educating and encouraging Indigenous people to be active participants in local government through voting and representation. Lindsay is from the Gija people in East Kimberley, WA.
