Mary runs her own viticultural consultancy business called Retallack Viticulture which services clients throughout Australia. Prior to this Mary was employed as a Senior Consultant/Viticulturist at Scholefield Robinson Horticultural Services, Vineyard Manager for Mountadam Vineyards, Project Leader for CRC for Viticulture and Program Coordinator/Lecturer in TAFESA’s viticulture program. Mary holds a B.App.Sc (Conservation and Park Management), P.Grad.Dip (Natural Resource Management), B.Ed, G.Dip (Viticulture), CPAg accreditation and is a member of AIAST and ASVO. Mary  has recently competed the Australian Institute of Company Directors  (AICD) course and is a current Non-Executive Director of the Grape and Wine Research and Development.
