Sharon is the Manager of Social Work Services, West Victoria, with Centrelink.  Prior to joining Centrelink, Sharon worked with the Department of Immigration, Child Protection and the Department of Justice, all with a metropolitan and rural focus.  Sharon is passionate about making a difference in rural and regional areas and is looking forward to further developing Australia's regional industries, communities and economy and to work with other leaders on the Program.

Sharon has a degree in Social Work from the University of South Australia.
