Tamara has, until recently, been the Human Resources Manager for Burrangong Meat Processors.  She is currently working in the field of human resources in Western Australia focusing on entry level training, indigenous employment and is studying team building through personality and behaviour analysis.  Tamara is focused on finding solutions to the nation's skill and workforce shortages.

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
