Tim is the Program Manager for Fish and Fish Habitat Protection in the Department of Fisheries, Western Australia.  Tim works across government to deliver marine and coastal planning outcomes that promote sustainable resource use.  Tim is a keen waterman and is involved with the Secret Harbour Surf Lifesaving Club and the Surf Beach Board Riders Club.

Tim studied fisheries biology at the Australian Maritime College (affiliated with the University of Tasmania) and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Fisheries).
