Sue is Senior Winemaker/Manager at Hardy Wine Company's Stonehaven Winery.  Sue has worked in California, France and across Australia.  Sue is currently involved with the Wrattonbully Wine Industry Association and is on the executive committee of the Limestone Coast Wine Industry Council.  Sue is passionate about long term sustainability for cool climate Australian wine through regional promotion, research, responsible environmental management and water use. 

Sue studied Agricultural Science (Oenology) at the University of Adelaide.
