Jane has worked most of her life as a Rural Financial Counsellor. She is currently running her own small business consultancy.  Jane is an elected Councillor for Coonamble Shire Council, Chairperson for the local Rural Transaction Centre, Secretary/Treasurer of Marthaguy Picnic Race Committee and a member of numerous community groups and organisations.  

Jane holds a Business Degree (Agricultural Commerce) and a Diploma in Community Services (Financial Counselling), and is currently studing to become a mediator.
