Elise is the General Manager for North West NSW for Telstra Country Wide. She is responsible for Telstra-related activities in this region. Elise is also a wool, fat lamb and beef producer near Guyra NSW. She is a member of the Guyra Show Society, many business groups and a Director of Tourism Tamworth.

Elise has a Communications Degree and is a Justice of the Peace.
