TRAIL (Training Rural Australians In Leadership) is an 8 day residential leadership program for emerging leaders.
The program develops a strong platform of skills, attributes, and knowledge for emerging leaders to engage their organisations, communities, and industry in proactive solutions to long-term issues in rural Australia. TRAIL provides a solid basis from which to grow as more effective, experienced leaders.
At the end of the program the TRAIL - participants will:

B. Emerging leaders that are new to leadership roles.
The Australian Rural Leadership Foundation has a strong history of experiential education in the outdoors as a key component of its program success. TRAIL, like the longer ARLP, embraces outdoor experiences as tools for building leadership skills.
A unique benefit for TRAIL graduates is lifetime complimentary membership to the LEAD (the Foundation's Leadership Engagement and Development Network). LEAD has 550 graduates of the ARLP who are successful leaders across all sectors and levels in rural Australia.
