"I feel extremely fortunate to have been given the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in the ARLP with the sessions to date exceeding all expectations. The ARLP has acted as a catalyst to change and improve as a person, employee and as a leader – this change will take place in different ways over a period of time, the benefits of which are still to come." - Troy Fischer
